Please Note:

During peak season a minimum stay of 7 nights is required with changeovers taking place on Saturdays.

For all other dates a minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
Rates include all bed linen and towels (including pool towels) and cleaning at the end of your stay.
Rates do not include the Local Tourist Tax (4.50% of the cost of your stay). This tax is imposed by the local tourist office and will be collected by us on their behalf at the start of your stay.
In addition to the rates shown above, we require a security deposit of 300€ to cover any accidental damage during your stay. This will be returned to you by bank transfer within 5 days of your departure.
 

Occupancy:

La Vigne Vierge provides accommodation for a maximum of 4 adults.
Your reservation is for a specific number of guests (as stated at the time of booking). Additional guests will not be permitted unless by prior arrangement and  provided any relevant additional payments have been made.

Children:

We do not accept children under the age of 16 years.

Payments Terms:
Reservations are to be confirmed by email and require the payment of a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of your stay.
The final balance (plus the security deposit) is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Full payment will be required for reservations made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payments are to be made in Euros by bank transfer or cheque. We regret that we cannot accept any credit or debit card payments at this time.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made between 8 and 4 weeks prior to your arrival date a 50% refund will be given.
No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date or for early departures.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances. In this instance, we shall of course provide a full refund.

Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in is from 16.00 on your day of arrival. We ask that you please inform us of your estimated time of arrival so that we can be here to meet you.
On your day of departure we require you to check-out by 10.00.

Accessibility:

Due the age and layout of the building (with steps to all bedrooms and between living areas), we very much regret that La Vigne Vierge is not wheelchair accessible.

Pets:

Other than assistance dogs, we do not accept any animals.

Cleaning:
We ask you to please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy state. If there is significant additional cleaning to be undertaken after your stay the cost of time spent doing this will be deducted from the security deposit.

Internet:
Free wi-fi internet is available in the gite subject to technical availability.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is open from 9.00 until dusk. Use of the pool is strictly prohibited outside of these hours.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted inside the gite. Failure to adhere to this will result in the forfeit of the security deposit.

Laundry:

For stays of longer than 7 nights, all bed linen and towels will be changed on a weekly basis. However, if you have any private laundry that you would like washing then we are happy to do it for you. 12,50€ per load.
